Assembly group leader
We are looking for you - an independent and responsible person who is not afraid to make decisions and can correctly evaluate emerging situations.
We expect natural authority, the ability to motivate a team to achieve good results, and to look for solutions to make things happen – not reasons why they can't be done.
He will be a role model for his colleagues and a reliable leader who is a pleasure to work with.
Job content, powers and responsibilities
- Management and coordination of assembly groups (technicians, electricians), planning orders and deployment of workers
- Distribution of tasks according to orders, supervision of quality, discipline and adherence to deadlines
- Collaboration with technicians, customers and subcontractors
- Actively participating in the implementation of orders together with the team and thus lending a hand to the work. Your active approach and diligence are required.
- Checking materials, equipping workplaces, company cars and providing tools to ensure groups function smoothly
- Ensuring compliance with technological procedures, standard requirements and safety regulations
- Working in internal software/programs for project management, assembly planning, work reports and records (e.g. MS Excel/Access, ERP system, specific assembly software)
- Preparation of plans, reports, statements, deviation analyses, proposals for corrective measures
- Participation in technical inspections, inspection days, operational solutions directly on construction sites
- Change management, performance evaluation, motivational leadership of colleagues

Position suitable for: University student
Minimum educational attainment: High school with graduation certificate
Education in the field: electrical engineering
Language skills: English language – Intermediate (B1)
Driver's license: B
Other knowledge:
- MS Excel – Advanced
- Microsoft Office - Advanced
- ERP/MRP software – Moderately advanced

Personal requirements and skills
- The condition for employment is professional competence according to Section 22 or Section 23 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on Occupational Safety and Health Protection
- Experience in leading a team of installers and strong organizational, management and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, ideally experience with ERP/MRP software or project software
- Independence, responsibility, ability to solve technical problems in the field
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within assigned projects
- Knowledge of electrical regulations, standard requirements
- Knowledge of reading project documentation, switchboard diagrams
- Performing tasks according to the instructions of the direct superior
