We do everything to make you feel safe with us. In this document you will find all the necessary information about how we protect your privacy, in particular what data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how you can control the processing, about the measures we use to protect your data and also about the rights you have in connection with processing you have.
When processing your personal data, we comply with all regulations related to the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (so-called GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

Data that we process when filling out the contact form
If you are interested in using our services, you can fill out a contact form on our website. Mandatory data are first name, last name, e-mail, phone number and address. It's about data, which are necessary to contact you with the offer of our services.
Data that we process when establishing cooperation
If we agree to establish cooperation, we will conclude an employment relationship together. To prepare your employment contract, we will need your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, social security number, residence, telephone number, e-mail, education and study data, family status data, identity document data, account number, nationality , nationality, gender, etc.) and your biography.
HOW WE USE DATA
We use the data we have collected about you for the following purposes:
Communication with youWe use your data from the contact form to prepare the offer of our services and to contact you, or when we want to respond to your contact.
Provision of our servicesIf, after mutual communication, we agree to establish cooperation, we will use your data to prepare an employment contract that we will conclude together.

LEGAL BASIS
The legal bases for processing your personal data are:
- Pre-contractual relations – in the event that we agree on cooperation, we will use your data to assess the prerequisites for the performance of the job position and to prepare an employment contract that we will sign together;
- Fulfilling our legal obligations – when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes or the implementation of decisions;
- Our legitimate interest – in the improvement of our services, some marketing activities, or in connection with security and protection of rights, as we stated above. In these cases, we always carefully consider whether the processing will not constitute an unreasonable interference with your rights.
TO WHOM WE PROVIDE DATA
We do not disclose, make available, or provide your personal data to any other entity, except for the situations described below:
Analytical and advertising services
We also work with partners who provide us with analytical and advertising services. These allow us to better understand how users use our website, place our advertising on the Internet and measure its performance. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your interaction with our services and other sites. We currently use only necessary cookies, we do not have any cookies for advertising.
For legal reasons and to prevent damages
We may also store or make your data available to other persons in order to comply with obligations arising from legal regulations, from the requirements of state and other authorities, to assert our claims or to defend ourselves in proceedings where others assert them against us.
The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal data for these reasons include, for example, courts, state and other authorities responsible for exercising control over our activities, for resolving disputes or implementing decisions, or our legal and accounting advisors and auditors.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we implement all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Electronic data is stored in a protected database on a server owned by us or reserved for us. We protect the database containing personal data against its damage, destruction, loss and misuse.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP DATA
In cases of using your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, we will keep your data until the reason for their processing ceases. However, we must warn you that even if one of the reasons for processing ceases, this may not result in us ending the storage of your personal data. This is because we can and sometimes have to process this personal data for another purpose with a different legal basis.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS
From the fact that we process your personal data, you have several rights. If you exercise any of the rights listed below, we will inform you about the processing of your request within 1 month from the date of its delivery to us. In justified cases, we can extend the stated period by another 2 months, which we will inform you about.
How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights by sending an email message or a written request to our contact details listed in the section "CONTACT" higher.
Please include your name, surname, e-mail address, or address of permanent residence in your application. If you do not provide us with the specified data, it will not be possible to comply with your request. We require this information from you in order to verify your identity and not provide your personal data to an unauthorized person.
Right of access to data
You have the right to receive confirmation from us as to whether personal data about you is being processed and, if we are processing your personal data, we will provide you with information about what data we are processing about you, for what purpose, to whom your personal data was provided, whether transferred to a third country and how long we will keep your personal data.
Right to rectification
If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal data about you, you can ask us to correct it. It is important to us that we process the correct personal data about you, so be sure to use this right whenever, for example, you move or any of your personal data that is important for your relationship with us changes.
Right to erasure
You have the right to delete your personal data that we process about you, if the following conditions are met and legal exceptions do not apply:
- the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected,
- you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for their processing,
- you object, based on your specific situation, to the processing of your personal data, processed on the basis of a legitimate interest and the legitimate reasons for the processing do not prevail, or you object to the processing for the purpose of direct marketing,
- personal data was processed illegally
In the event that your personal data is published and you exercise the right to deletion with us, we will also delete such published personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
You also have the right to ask us for a temporary restriction of processing in the following cases:
- if you believe that we are processing incorrect personal data about you, until the correctness of this personal data is verified,
- the processing of your personal data is illegal and you decide to request the restriction of their processing instead of deleting your personal data,
- we no longer need the personal data for processing purposes, but these are necessary for your own purposes of establishing, exercising or defending your legal claims,
- in case you object to the processing of your personal data, until the verification period of whether the legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data prevail over your legitimate interests.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive personal data that we process about you based on your consent or contract and process it by automated means, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can also transfer this data to another person, so if it is technically possible, we will transfer your personal data directly to the operator of your choice at your request.
The right to object
You have the right to object, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data that is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest. You also always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes.
FILING COMPLAINTS
